Leadership Biography

Brandão is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with 26 years of extensive experience in Private Equity & Venture Capital Portfolio Management, Strategic Consulting, SaaS B2B Sales, Business Development, Investor Relations, Innovation Management, M&A, Project Finance, Digital Product Design, and Tech startups.

He has 18 years of professional academic experience as a Coordinator and Professor at Latin America’s most recognized business schools - FGV EAESP, FGV EBAPE, and INSPER.

Founder and Managing Partner at MASSIMO Ventures and Scoutfy. Senior lead at Odebrecht Investments in Infrastructure, Citibank Venture Capital/Opportunity Equity Partners, GVCepe - PE & VC Research Center at FGV/EAESP, Desafio Brasil, Herrlog Solutions, and Akrual Technology. Managed international projects, and multicultural teams, in several different fields, industries, and continents.

Master’s degree in Administration and Business Management at FGV/EBAPE, specialization course in Technology Entrepreneurship at the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. Bachelor’s in Accounting at UERJ.

Co-author of the book Business Negotiations, published by Editora Saraiva and GV Law in 2010.
